No-Hassle Return
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don’t, we’re happy to accept your return within 30 days of the date you received the item , in like-new condition with original product packaging and tags. We will provide you with a full refund of the item purchase price, less shipping charges.

No-Hassle Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item that is in like-new condition with original packaging, you may exchange the product within 30 days of receipt.

All you need to do is :

To contact Euroflex Canada Inc by phone (1-888-978-3262) or e-mail (Info@euroflex.ca) and obtain a return authorization.  

After receiving return authorization, carefully pack item to avoid damage in shipping. Be sure to include your name, complete address and phone number with a proof of purchase and ship the item back to us. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note: you will be responsible for paying the carrier directly for return shipping costs.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges of any items sold as opened box or final sales 

Please do not return :
Any product without contacting Euroflex for return authorization. Unauthorized returns, as well as C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery) shipments , will be refused.
